I wasn’t happy about the completion of the repair being delayed 4x due to the wrong part being received on 3 occasions but my understanding is that this was not the fault of the Car-Star staff rather it was BMW who repeatedly sent the wrong part. Al kept me informed every step of the way. He was very kind and I appreciate all he has done to try to redeem my experience with this company. Overall I am very pleased with the repair and they did a great job in restoring my vehicle to its original state. I would recommend their service to friends and family..
