Abra made my experience super easy, fixed my car super fast and it looks like new. They kept me updated on the step by step process thank you so much.

Not exactly sure who or what would be to blame but, I picked up truck the people were nice. I drive approximately 15 miles get truck on freeway and there is a rubbing noise in the drivetrain that I explained to both insurance and abtra that the noise and vibration were not there prior to wreck. To make matters worse while stopped at red light on same drive home from abra, I start out at a green light the truck wouldn’t respond, followed by check engine light coming on. Got the truck to my house. And now I don’t know who to call?? Progressive? Or Abra? I just want someone to drive the truck like i ask in the first place. Being in an accident doesn’t mean to just fix a dent. Other mechanical failures happen due to contact. Very upset with lack of give a **** about the drive ability. Now it’s friday night with A truck that coincidentally doesn’t work before I can even get home.

I was very impressed with the service I received from ABRA. They were very easy to work with, kept me informed of the progress of my repair, and finished the work a day early.

I was really impressed of how quick they were ,how they kept me informed on everything that was happening with my car. They did a great job and overall it was the wonderful experience.
