Oh my gosh now olnt did my car look great because they fixed the bummper but it was cleaned from top to bottom inside and out. It felt amazing seeing my car again and it was just a HUGE cherry on top to have it looking and feeling bran new! Thanks! If I ever need work done again I will definitely be coming back.

My rear door was repaired, but the dash light that signals that it is open stays on. Also, my key does not lock my car remotely, and it was working fine when I brought the car in. Both of these issues were brought up with Phil at Professional Collision and he is making arrangements to have them resolved.

I have nothing more to say except that everyone was very friendly as well as prompt. I had insurance, so money was not an issue, and although I was disappointed to hear that it would take a week to repair my car, you guys kept me as updated as I needed to be and saw to it that my car was bright and ready 3 days early. I was really impressed with the level of service and professionalism. I felt that both Suzanne and Phil were always just out to 'do the right things and make it easy for me'. Having a collision is very traumatic experience, when you care about your vehicle. I was dreading the entire experience. But the constant interaction and communication put my mind at ease through the process. I want to say a special thank you to both of you for your kindness.
Oh, and the car looks amazing! (Isn't that funny that I almost forgot to write about that!?).
