Only issue was the time it took to complete the job. Once my insurance agent called and got the reasons for the delay it was understandable. The text messages that were sent were not informative as far as why the pickup date was being pushed and at least once came on the afternoon the car was to be picked up. So more informative communication would be helpful.

I was informed by the garage on Friday my car was done. I asked if I could get it on Saturday and was told it would be left in the lot for pickup. I contacted the rental Enterprise and told them I was dropping their car off on Saturday morning. When I got to the garage Saturday morning my car wasn’t in the lot. Now I have to come back Monday morning when I am supposed to be somewhere else on business and deal with the rental and getting my car. I am extremely displeased with the service at this garage and will likely never engage with it again nor will I steer any of my clients who have property damage to their vehicles to this garage for repairs.
