They wrote on my contact to return my rental car on 8/3/2018. They call me late afternoon on Friday on 7/27/2018 that my car is getting fix and I can pick it up in late afternoon. However, no one called me to pick up my car. So I waited on 7/30/2018 for someone to call me so that I can pick up my car. Still no one have called me. I assume they are not done. For almost two weeks my car was in the body shop. I came on Monday 8/6/2018 at 8am n saw my car park on the corner of the small driveway. In all, I was not very satisfied with situations I’d deal with. But the job was fair even I’d stayed for them to fix the minor job. Even I’d waited for more then 15 minutes. Hope that you guys can make a better promise to your customers and make them happy with a big smile on their face.
