I'm exceptionally pleased with the performamce by your shop. Even when a bulb died on its own after the repair, a technician was kind enough to assist me in its replacement as a courtesy.

****. It took over a week to get my car repaired when they said 3 days. Then they’d say it would be ready Monday then on Monday they said Tuesday, then on Tuesday they said Thursday. I would appreciate accuracy. 2. Low tire pressure light came on the same day I picked up my car. Will be spotting by today to get it fixed. 3. Trunk looks like it’s missing pieces, wires are shown where I know they shouldn’t be shown. Will also be showing this when I come by today. Overall car looks like new and in pleased with the work and customer service. Just have a few questions with the outcome (2&3) and just frustrated that it took longer than what I was told initially. Thank you and no offense when I say this, I hope I don’t have to come back. (Don’t want to be in another accident.)

Deanne and Mark went out of their way to make sure that I was well taken care of and super happy before I left! They even allowed me to leave my rental and are calling Enterprise in the morning so I didn't have to figure out how to get the rental back. Thank you again so much to Deanne and Mark! Also the young gal that answers the phone, she sits on the left hand side of the desk when you walk in on the right side, not sure if that makes sense but she is always super nice as well! Thank you for taking care of my car and the detail on it is wonderful!

I have always insisted on using Chatham Parkway Collision for all of my repairs. The quality and workmanship are consistently good. The team members always treat the customer courteously and act in a professional manner. Text message updates are great however they need to provide a little bit more information. Overall, the experience was an A+.

Was not informed of the delays, was told it was a two day job. After 5 days called and they said it would be done soon. The next Monday called again said it would be done by end of day early tues. CALLED tues afternoon and was told it was complete. Keep owners informed. I'm glad I didn't get the extra insurance on the rental car

Extremely happy with my experience at the Chatham Parkway Collision Center! Excellent, continuous updates about the status of my vehicle by knowledgable, friendly staff! It's a big enough bummer dealing with an accident- they make it as pain free as possible!!

My Truck was in your body shop for more then a week. I was called by your Team to go pick up my Truck and just to find out that the A/C was still not working as i get in . I rushed my insurance to make you a payment then I went to pay the $500 after being told since Monday that my truck was ready the only problem was my insurance had not made the payment yet. I’m going by tomorrow get my truck since I was called again saying that this time my A/C is fixed and my truck is ready. I can assure you I won’t be returning to do any type of business with you and I do HOPE my truck is ready tomorrow.

I was very pleased with how fast the work was completed. My car looks great. The only thing was my car would not start when I came to pick it up. They checked my battery and I was told it was bad & needed to be replaced. I had never had any previous problems with it before but I believe them and had it replaced. They assured me if anything happened with the new battery, they would take care of it. I do trust Chatham Parkway.

I think the work was great, there was just a lot of back and forth about when my car would be ready. I understand that may be normal but better communication might have allowed me to plan my rental extension better.
