The body work itself was flawless. However, I was not informed as the estimate changed, so I was surprised by the final bill and had to speak with the Gen'l Manager about it. I assume the VIN number database didn't capture the paint option associated with my vehicle. Also, the shop's final inspection failed to detect that the the front turn indicators located in the bumper were not connected properly and failed to function. This was addressed expeditiously when I returned to the shop later in the day of pickup. I would use the shop again.

I loved the daily updates via text!! The office personnel and appraiser were friendly and professional. The car was fixed quickly as well. The best part was how clean my car was and how wonderful the repairs looked when I received it back.
