my whole experience with Cooks is excellent. the whole process, i was keep informed what was happening and what needed to be done with my vehicle. my vehicle was ready for pick up before i even thought it would be, and Terrie really accommodated me on time, i work swing shift and she was able to make sure i had my car back so i did not have to miss any work.

I was not happy about the lack of communication regarding issues that arose when my car was being repaired by Cooks. It took over a month for repairs when the initial length of time was 5 to 8 days. I ended up having to extend my rental car contract every few days after I would personally call Cooks only to find out there were more delays. This has been the most stressful situation for me, and gave me a whole month of stress and fear of not knowing what’s going on with my first car. This car is very special for me and has appt of sentimental value and not knowing what’s wrong or how long it’s going to talk has been the most dreadful part.
