The repair is fine. I’m extremely frustrated because my charging adapters were removed from my trunk and never put back. I’ve contacted the location with no resolution. Please please make this right for me.

The team I worked with was absolutely OUTSTANDING. Emily got the **** rolling when we first arrived, **** Fuller was quick and very clear on our estimate, and Jon Farley "Rocked" my world with his super attention to our needs and getting the job done quickly to meet our tight schedule. The young lady at the reception desk was very personable and polite to work with. All in all I give this team an A++ or a 20 on a scale of 10 for a job well done!!!

Overall great but low pressure tire light warning has been on since I got it back. I think during the repair process something must have triggered the warning to come on

I felt it was not consistent communication throughout the process and missed follow-ups that were communicated to happen at times, but did not fall through. It took lots of initiative on my side. Lastly, I was told my car was done, but when I arrived the next day to pick up, it was mentioned that my car still needed to be clean, etc. This was very inconvenient and shows misalignment with internal teams as it should have not been communicated to me that car was ready. I reserved time to pick up vehicle with my schedule and took a Lyft. Only to wait for a ride for an hour and half back due to severe traffic so that I could leave the body shop where I had hopes to leave myself…but my car wasn’t ready. I felt that this could have been prevented and I should have not been called unless vehicle was absolutely ready.

The repair was well done and the car is now as good as new. The only problem I had was the long DELAY in getting the car repaired. I am uncertain about the source of the delays, I understand its because Tesla is slow to deliver parts, but a 2 month repair time still seems unreasonable to me.
