Before I took possession of my truck I decided to look it over . Here is where I noticed the following : rear corner lights did not match up with body, a cover which is part of the tailgate was taken off prior to getting it sprayed with bedliner paint in a way that there were pry marks on the metal cover, the bumper was crooked. I was able to fix the bumper by adding washers. In my opinion thise things should have been caught before giving it back to the customer. Shop is lacking quality control. This was my first experience with Mackin's, and the first time my newer car had been in the shop for repairs. I am very pleased with how well my experience went. The staff were pleasant and helpful. They updated me frequently by text about the status of the repairs, which I really appreciated. I am also very happy with the great job they did with the repair. My car is back to looking like new. And my car was so clean when I picked it up. I would use this shop again, and I would highly recommend it to others!

Didn’t repair all the body damage on the door leaving part of the door with a crease still in the panel. Paint was not blended so it’s semi obvious the the door was just painted.
