Appreciate the great service from the receptionists - Stephanie and ??? (sorry). Very friendly and helpful. The estimator Lori L. did a superb job handling my file. She was able to deliver my truck on time and provided excellent customer service. I also appreciate that she noticed a slight flaw in the detail work which she suggested i bring my truck back at a later date, which i will. The shop people did A-**** work on my truck. I also appreciated that the other estimator Tony who remembered me by name from my last visit. I will definitely recommend North Fresno Collision for their quality work and great customer service. Honestly I expected just my car to be fixed and given back. What i got was so much more, i hate bot knowing what is going on, and I never had to experience that.
