Not sure what happened to the customer service here, the minute we got out of my HHR which had been rear ended by a Suburbs and stated my car qas pulling and clunking, Eric started arguing qith my husband why that could not possibly be a result of the accident. E should have pulled out of the parking lot then instead I ended up having to pay out of my pocket for an estimate of repairs they say are not related to the accident. I will not be back nor will I recommend them :(
