The phone menu is a pain to go through every time you need to talk to someone. Also had to be called back several times to know how far along my car was coming along. No way to check online on the status.

The last text I received Easton Wednesday saying the car was almost complete and would be ready at 5:30 on Friday. If it was delayed I would receive a call.
On Friday at 4:30, having received no call, my husband and I started to **** and on the way decided to call and make sure it was done. It wasn’t. I was told someone would call on Monday to let meek ow what was going on. I waited until 2:00 and finally called since I hadn’t heard anything .
Finally got my car yesterday ~4:30. I wasn’t so much irritated at the delay as I was the lack of communication
