I picked Crash Depot from a list of State Farm repair shop partners because it had 5 Star rating. It DEFINITELY was not 5 stars!! It was 10!!! Staff was courteous and friendly. It was returned washed and detailed. Too early to tell about quality as I just got car, but looks/runs great so far. Very service minded as I they went out of their way to make the process as convenient as possible . I don’t know about prices as this was an insurance claim, but I’m going to try to recommend them to anyone I can that needs body work done.

Still not totally satisfied with the final bill I got in comparison to the estimate that I was given. The time frame I was given at the time of the estimate was 2 days. It took 4 days and the bill was 30% higher than the estimate. Amazingly the new bill matched the insurance estimate to the penny. When I questioned this, their estimator told me they were required to bill to match the insurance estimate. I believe this statement to be nonsense. The owner discussed my dissatisfaction with me and offered to split the difference with me which mollified me somewhat.
