Car is great, Jamie was easy to work with. When I went to pick the car up, the showroom was empty. There was a man on the phone in a side office... I know he saw me, but he ignored me and continued to make calls. After several minutes I went to his door to see if he could help me. He put up his finger to tell me to wait, then continued to ignore me. Finally someone at the other building saw me and came over to help. She said that the man ignoring me was from Hertz. I feel like he could have mentioned that in the 10 or so many minutes I was there.

wonderful experience... made promise regarding time to complete work

Car wasn't ready when promised, which is reasonable. I received a text saying I would be notified if it wasn't ready, but I didn't. That's not reasonable, and it cost me an hour's drive time. The actual work was well done though, and apparently quite thoroughly.
