Too early to know if there are any issues. Note that an iPhone USB cable in my vehicle was removed and later found in a technicians work area after I pointed out it was missing at pickup time.

Your front office staf told me that all of the parts for my repair were there and that it would take 4-5 days. It turned out the parts WEREN’T there and my car spent 2 ****/2 weeks in your shop. The girls up front should not be giving customers information on time frame etc as apparently they don’t know the situation. I planned my weeks and vacations around what I was initially told by your staff and was frustratingly inconvenienced when none of it was accurate.
