Your communication was terrible. Gary treated my daughter like she was dumb. Took way longer than planned and it is clear that your company has poor inter-office communication. Never called my daughter back,.. She had to initiate most calls. I finally had to call and chew Gary's **** to get the car finished. I will be filing a grievance with my insurance company about your company. You should NOT be a preferred provider, seeing how you treat your customers. Very unorganized and it is obvious that people in your office tell stories to customers.
