The two gentlemen that helped me through the process were excellent and cordial. Charlie was the customer representative I spoke with on the phone and he made sure I was taken care of at all time. He kept constant communication with me through the whole process and I really appreciated that. Next, Sergio came out to put the wheels on my car, his customer service was fantastic! They both deserve high accolades and a pay raise for the fine work that they do.

Due to delays in the repair process, I am now without a vehicle. The partial repair time exceeded the 30day limit that I was aloted by Allstate. Repairs were incomplete and parts are still missing. Upholstery is still unrepaired, interior was not detailed as promised and keys do not work with the vehicles keyless entry and locking system. There are also suspension and braking systems that are not functioning due to the incomplete repairs made on the vehicle. Furthermore, the inner plastic lining of the trunk which was not damaged is missing and the ignition housing is still missing also. This whole process has been very difficult and unsatisfying.
