Yes, I did right good customer service but now I think I made a mistake. So I gave my SUV on 12/3/18 and got it today 01/07/19. First your system of corespondent with customers are really bad as I used to get a text message that my vehicle will be completely repaired by this date but when this day comes my vehicle was not even near to done and no messages letting me know when my vehicle will be complete. I had to call every time because to see what is going on my vehicle. They called me one day and I went to pick my vehicle but my vehicle looked completed but when I checked and feel, I can still feel it had problems, so talk to a gentleman and he took it back and said they will put new door which took almost three weeks to completed. Upon picking my vehicle today I noticed that my car had zero gas left and also show the mileage had a big difference from the time I gave my vehicle. Almost 450 miles difference. It was funny that the store manager said that some time the vehicle gets two different mileage which doesn’t make any sense to me. So they are looking at it and said they will call me in few days. I am a Nissan customer as all my four cars are from Nissan, I take it to Nissan for oil. Just wondering what is going on at the collision center.

From A-Z the experience was not first class. When I received my car, there was still damage that was not repaired on my rear bumper. Waste of time and a huge inconvenience.

They can’t even fix my car right, they’re not experience n unprofessional. Didn’t admit that they did a crappy job, make me came back twice to pick up my car but it still didn’t turn out right! Will not recommend this shop to anyone!

I'm 100% satisfied with Elk Grove Custom Collision. The knowledge, patience and skill was utterly outstanding. I asked tons of questions, Natalie and James we're so patient and professional with answering. My vehicle was returned to me in perfect condition, cleaned, detailed, even gas was added in ????????. Dealing with an accident and insurance can be a pure nitemare, the crew here made that experience much more pleasant. Thank you guys so much for all of your time and energy, you're appreciated. The girl at the front gave us the papers to sign and our copies. We were given the keys. I guess when there is an accident and repairs are done, no one needs to show you what was done? Just asking, I noticed someone else was explaining to the customer what was done on their passenger side door. For the people we met dropping off and picking up the car were nice.
