My vehicle was repaired on the driver front corner and after getting the truck back I had to return to the shop to have the headlight "adjusted" as it was still set in past the threshold in comparison to the passenger side. After picking the truck up for the second time it is still off but better then it was.

Fortunately, I have not had many accidents. However, family members have had several. Based on that, I have worked with them as they had their cars repaired. I have never seen service comparable to my experience at Key Collision. Upon walking in the door you felt the friendly and helpful atmosphere. They kept me updated on the progress of the repair process. The work itself was superb. I have nothing to add other than the fact that the are the best. Many thanks, Catherine Davignon

The emailed updates were more confusing than helpful as there was sometimes no or non-descriptive information sent. However, I appreciate the assistance given to the paying party and how professionally that was handled. Cleaning my car before I picked it up was an unexpected surprise!
