The back bumper needs to be ajusted it's too far in on the right side need to remount rubber pad on the tailgate

I can be reached at ****-****-xxxx NOT before 10AM (I am a chef and I get home late.) I had the unfortunate experience of being saddled with Mark as my rep. Even though he eventually left your organization, he was an internal issue that ultimately cost me a considerable extra rental bill. Also, I have YET to be contacted about the replacement of the tint that was destroyed on my passenger's side back window. Also, I've noticed a run in the paint. I AM NOT PLEASED at this point.

The repair work was perfectly done and completed a day earlier than promised. Although it took an extra 40 minutes, the inside and out washing and cleaning made the car look almost brand new again. Great job.

When I came to pick up my car it was so clean it was shining like a new penny, and had there been the slightest imperfection in the paint or the area that had been damaged it would’ve been obvious immediately: thankfully, as I expected, the team at ****’s worked its magic one more time. The team at ****’s is always very professional, which is obvious by the quality of work they do. One of the things I really like CNN is their attention to detail and respect for their customers property: there ate even paper floor mats To prevent soil tothe carpet! I’ve brought my automobiles to Millers for years and don’t ever plan to do otherwise. Please thank all the men and women who transformed my car from wrecked to repaired in record time. They did an excellent job and, obviously, take pride in their work. A Very Satisfied Repeat Customer

For what I paid for the service I found the work to be sloppy and incomplete. Although the customer service person Mark was nice enough I thought the technician seemed upset that he had to come out and try to fix what he should have fixed in the first place. The inner fender is still not attached properly. I will probably never use **** again and I will not recommend your establishment .

My car ran fine when it went there. I picked it up and it was scanned for a mass airflow sensor fault. I had to spend 330$ To replace it I was told “you’re the mechanic you fix it” What a **** dis respectful. My satellite antenna was also stolen off my car. The body shop guy claims it was missing already from the wreck
