There was no information in how to care for my paint or clear coat, also my car was washed in the most basic way possible, and the I side was very dusty. I was told my car would be returned cleaned. It was of course dustier than it was,when I dropped it of, due to just sitting and probly dust in the shop. Even though it was rainy season when I picked it up, it wasn't dried or washed well, for me to inspect it properly, and they gave it to me in a spot where it could get rained on which also made it hard to inspect properly. Nobody walked me through what was done and pointed out to me what those things were. Now I'm forced into a position where I look like the picky one, and will have to go back to the delership:when? who knows;when I don't have to work,whenever that is...: to ask questions and take someone out if their busy schedules as they try to focus on someone else's car ,that they should be giving their full attention to, if they had dealt with the previous customer right in the first place.. being thorough in customer service is top priority to try to minimize future issues...
When I left the shop and turned right using my right turn signal the right rear sign did not work. When I arrived home I checked to see if the bulb was burned out which it appeared to be be. I then removed the lins and found that the wire to the turn signal had not been plugged in. When I hooked it up the turn signal worked fine. This probably should have been checked more through when putting it back together.
The staff-Stacy & Clint were out standing and the repair appears perfect! However the detailing with the car wash- polishing and interior were no where near what I would have expected from Honda ????Love my Honda and its prior performance and look forward to even more satisfaction!!

This was the first time a car of mine has been in a wreck. My new Camaro was only 5 months old. From the moment I entered the collision center I was treated warmly and professionally. Janes Clark was wonderful to work with. He understood I wanted my car and I was surprised how quickly it was done. I was kept informed of the status of the repairs. When I picked it up it looked brand new. In addition to the repairs being perfect, it was cleaned inside and out. If I need repairs in the future this is the place I will come. I noticed a few flaws in the paint. One looks like the paint had cured into some scratches, and the other issue is that I say come dirt that had been clear coated into the paint.

Well when I dropped off my car it was great and pointed out all of my concerned and really though it was going to be taken care of , the bummer that had cuts in it from the accident I told them that I wanted that fixed , then when I picked it up all they did was put the bummer back together and paint it . So what they did was paint right over the cuts and but they are very deep and I really though they would fix them , Stacy was nice about it and did say to bring it back In to get it fixed I set up a appointment for next Tuesday 9/13/16 , but I haven't hear anything . I will call tomorrow to confirm my appt and make sure I have a car set up for rental . It is just such an inconvenience seeing how I went over this when I dropped off . She even took a marker and circled areas that I was concerned about . But yet not done , but I am thankful Stacy is going to get it fixed the right way . Thank you for all your help , the rest of the repairs are great .

I had explained dropped my GMC Denali off to be repaired because somebody had broken in and stolen my navigation system and my stereo which was causing other complications with the car. I explained to James that my car would never start and would have to be jumpstarted every single time that I had to use it but ech time I took it in they said it was fine. Finally after three times of dropping it off when j went to pick it up it didn't start and they finay realized the battery they gave me was a bad battery. Every time except this last drop off I had to pay for a rental car for over two weeks and I was charged for a new battery as well as I had to lay to ha e someone come out to each ace I was stranded to have them get it started again. The only reason I got a rental car paid for the last time was because it was from a seperate fender bender that the other parties insurance paid for. I was never even offered a loaner car or a rental car by you guys even though the battery they put in was a bad one that had to be replaced. I was charged full price for all of the repairs even though I had to deal with bringing the cd back multiple times.it was such a huge inconvenience and I fouls it frustrating to say th least - Georgina P

The customer service and overall experience was great except for just a couple small misses in the repairs. There was a small ****/4" DIA paint chip on the inside of a fender and the hood is just slightly misaligned. I'll bring it back another time to get it taken care of

I feel like they ignored and downplayed damage stating it wasn't part of the accident appease Geico who has an office there. I also found a new scratch but was to excasprated to deal with it after it took 3 broken deadlines to get my truck back. Should have trusted my gut and went with my go to body shop.
The collision repair was fantastic. The detailing/cleaning job was not as good as it could have been. Noted the rims where a little dirty and there was a little extra residuale on the base of the dash near the steering wheele. How ever the collision job was amazing. Thank you!

The car repair was done well, but I was very disappointed with the rental car policy. We found out late in the afternoon that our car was repaired, same day. That was on Friday. They said the rental car would only be covered for 24 hours after it was repaired. I had to return the rental car by 6:00 pm that day or by noon on Saturday. I was packing to get the men in my family out the door on a fishing trip. I had to stop what I was doing then or miss the grandkids Easter Egg hunts on Saturday morning. Because the latter was more important, I came to return the car late Friday before they closed...that resulted in an hours delay getting the fishermen on the road. With all we had going on, I wanted to return the car on Monday, but was told I would have to pay for 2-3 days of the rental myself, if I did. I was very dissatisfied with the policy, and frustrated by the additional stress it caused me. Not a happy customer on this one.

I also had you do a inside detail that I paid 100.00 for ! My God they didn't even clean the windshield! I paid way to much for something would have taken me an hour to do! My thought is you should credit it back to me ! !

LM did a great job of keeping me updated on progresses. The truck looks and drives like it did before the accident. I'm very pleased with the work that wa done and how the truck turned out. The only thing I'm dissatisfied with is the bug deflector on the hood. It looks fine but is not the same as the original and reflects light from the headlights at night to the driver. It's very distracting and I would like to have it replaced with one of the original design. However, the quality of the work and the professionalism of Todd and his staff were excellent.
When I went to pick up my truck I was just handed my keys and sent on my way. No one walked the truck with me to make sure I was satisfied. The next day I took a closer look at my truck and the hood fender lines don't line up and the lights are not installed correctly. There is a large gap between the new fender and headlight very noticeable with the hood up. The drivers door still is out of alignment. I think more care should have been taken to re assemble the truck and make sure everything was correct instead of pushing it out the door 2 days early.

Kinda neutral about my experience at your shop.
My insurance covered all the cost to fix front bumper damage to my Cadillac CTS 4 door sedan. So I was shocked & baffled when I showed up to pick my car up & saw that there was a hole/missing part to where the fog lamp would be. And also to find the air scoop funnel just dangling loose. So after driving 25 mins to the shop, I was left with no other choice but to drive home another 25 mins. That left me pretty upset. On top of that, of course Todd my contact there was not available for the next couple days on Saturday or Sunday. On Monday I was called by Todd saying he got the air scoop fixed but nothing about the fog lamp assembly that had the gaping hole left open. Which made me upset once again.
I didn't want to argue with you all so I had to wait till Tuesday since Monday was a holiday just to have my insurance claim guy handle why this wasn't done right in the 1st place. A lot of this shouldn't have happen & could've been prevented. Jimmy D
