This was my second time for Barnett's to repair damage done to my truck. They have gone above and beyond to return it to its original design. Joe Ainsworth is a real gentleman and very helpful in making this ordeal go smoothly. He is an asset to Barnett's, thank you Joe. The gentleman, (men), who did the actual work are to be praised for their exemplary expertise. I know in my case they had to go the extra mile to work on my old truck. Joel Ainsworth made horrible appraisals of the damages to my vehicle. He implied that I was trying to get old damages repaired. He did not assess all of the damages that were done, and therefore my vehicle was not completely repaired. After driving the truck and making sharp turns, I also discovered that something was rattling or scrubbing underneath my truck. I took it back, he said they didn't find anything wrong. Go figure. I was so dissatisfied that I got an estimate from another body shop and had my truck moved there. Your body shop was paid 8,434.26 to repair my truck, and you guys should really be embarrassed to say that you were paid that much and yet failed to adequately complete the repairs. I will be writing a formal complaint to the Better Business Bureau.

Overall excellent service. Really appreciate the email updates as to the repair process. However, it could be a little more detailed and accurate. Initially was provided a delivery date, which happened to be the day after thanksgiving. Called about picking up the vehicle and the business was closed. Finally got the vehicle two weeks later once all repairs were completed. Despite this, I am still very satisfied with the overall experience.
