On Monday, March 4 When I first walked into your office to get my estimate, I was greeted with a smile by Debbie the receptionist, and told Cody would be examining my 2013 Toyota Corolla to determine the damage. Cody was examining my car within minutes. Arrangements had been made by Carstar to have a representative from Enterprise at their office with a rental car while my car was being repaired. Today, March 7, I got a call from Cody that my car was ready to be picked up. My car was parked outside when I arrived, and it looked brand new. The paint on the new bumper matches perfectly. They even cleaned the inside of the car. I am extremely pleased with the repairs that were done to my car, and would highly recommend Carstar to my family and friends. They made the whole experience so simple for me, and had my car ready one day ahead of the estimated time. Thank you for the super job on my car and the excellent and courteous service.

Carstar did an excellent job of repairing my car after the accident. I can not tell the driver door and front left fender were ever damaged. They matched the paint perfectly. They also cleaned up the car completely so it looks like a new car. I can't thank them enough for the wonderful job they did.
