David, from the first time I met him and all along the way has been outstanding in keeping me informed on the progress of the repair and when I talked to him this morning when my expedition was ready to let him know I would be picking it up today but wasn't exactly sure what time he just said to come on in and if I was running late just to give him a call he was truly outstanding to the very in. I found the staff at Five Star - Russel Pkwy location - to be very professional and they kept me informed with every step of my cars progress. This staff has great personality!! I was very impressed - reminded me of service that you received "back in the day" - a quality rarely experienced any more. Absolutely amazing! Everyone at this location is just so nice and understanding. I lost my debt card same time as the accident and they were nice enough to check the cat for me and even allowed me to check when they couldn't find it. Very good experience and VERY speedy service!
