Overall the quality was very good and detailing the car was a nice touch, but a few spots of tar were missed.
Having two different sources within your organization providing email updates was confusing, but once we understood that the info from Jen and Sandy were the real info, was OK.

THE WORK DONE ON THE CAR WAS EXCELLENT. THERE WAS AN ISSUE AT THE SHOP AFTER A WINDOW WAS BROKEN THAT HAVING TO ORDER A NEW WINDOW. THIS ISSUE COST ME 7 ADDITIONAL RENTAL DAYS WHICH WAS NOT THE RESULTOF ANY ACTION ON MY PART.

A defect on a new part which will require me to return. It should have been noticed by staff and brought to my attention along with how they were going to handle it. Instead, I had to notice it. I am awaiting contact notifying me that new part is on.
