I have always brought my car to Banks Collision since its purchase from Banks Chev. in 2007. Your repair staff always does an excellent job. The front office is always a pleasure to do business with as well. And it could not get any better having a Geico representative on site as well as coordination with Enterprise rental. Makes a stressful experience easier to take!

I was told 2 days prior to the actual completion of my repair that it would be done by the end of the day. It was actually 2 full days later! Communication about the completion time was poor. Several calls made by the customer to just figure out what was going on.

Picked up car per Geico website stating it was ready for pickup. Paid deductible and drove away before finding there was a piece still in my back seat needing installing. Was told I had agreed already to bring car back for additional pieces that were on backorder. This conversation never happened and no appointment was previously made for this. I should have been at least advised more repairs were necessary than I was informed before I drove off the lot.

I had to leave the car after traveling an hour to pick it up because the window motor had been damaged during the repair. Very disappointed especially after choosing you over a more convenient shop. I still don't have my car.

General lack of communication with the status of my vehicle. the auto emails said one thing but the cr reps said another. many times called and received no return phone call.

The job was originally supposed to take one week, then got extended another week and then took almost two weeks longer equaling almost four weeks. When I picked up my Jeep the interior was completely coated in dust. Even when it was cleaned again it wasn't as clean as it was when it was does off to your facility. Not very happy and will never use your services in the future!

I was told my car would be finished 3/16/15 and when I went to get it 3/17 at 8:30 am was told it would be ready at the end of the day it just needed to be washed. I went there that night at 5 and was told it just needed to be washed and they couldn't do the full cleaning they usually do but would do a quick wash on the outside. I said fine then a guy came out and told me about a 500 deductible id heard nothing about. So I went home with no car the next morning I called usaa who told me that was waved and banks should already have that info. So I called banks and told them the I fo and ask that do the full cleaning now that I have to come back anyway, the lady said not a problem should be ready at 11. I show up to pick up my car around 1pm its sitting in front and definitely was not cleaned on the inside but also someone decided to hang my bra from rear view. Not impressed at all

Overall, it was a fine experience and we're pleased with the results. We have some minor adjustments that need to made to some of the repaired/replaced parts and will be calling in to schedule an appointment.
