My "No" does not imply that I was dissatisfied; I am actually very satisfied with the work that was done. My only fairly modest critique was that the correct bumper was not ready to install on the day I took the truck in, and needed to be re-ordered. Resulted in the truck being in for 3 days, instead of the **** day I expected. Not sure how it happened, I believe you had my VIN and other info. Stuff happens, I get it. At any rate, someone at your office told me if you got a 9 or less (on a scale of 10) you wanted to hear about it. I'm happy to come back for future service, and to recommend you to others.

My experience, as a whole, was very positive with everyone I encountered. I do want to especially thank Whitney. She was very informative and helpful when going over the damage to my car and what was needed to fix it. Her attention to detail was very much appreciated and I immediately felt that I could be confident that Main Auto Body would provide excellent service and you did!! I further appreciated her being up front about some minor work that still needs to be done to replace a broken bracket that wasn’t identified until my car was put back together ... even though I didn’t visually notice the problem, she had me run my hand over it so I could “feel” where it was. Now that’s attention to detail!!! Thank you and you can be sure I will recommend you to others!!
