I was called yesterday afternoon and toldy car was ready. When I called to say I was coming to pick up the car. Phone operator said collision center closes at 3;30 and I couldn't pick up the car. So l have to pay an extra day for rental car. It would have helped to tell me closing time when I was called my car was ready.
