You guys made the entire process so smooth and painless. The staff are all extremely friendly and helpful and really go out of their way to satisfy the customer. Paul was extremely helpful and guided me through the entire process. He even checked in with the rental car company to ensure that things were scheduled properly. It being my first experience with getting Autobody work done I was pleasantly surprised at the efficiency and streamlined professionalism and excellent customer service I received. JEFF WENT THE EXTRA MILE. HE CALLED ME AND EMAILED ME WITH UPDATES AND GOT THE CAR READY WITH MY CAMPING PLANS IN MIND. ALL THE STAFF WERE CURTIOUS AND HELPFUL. I HAD TO GO BY ON A DAY THEY WERE CLOSED AND THEY HELPED ME ANY WAY. WHAT A GREAT COMPANY!!!!
