I filled out a questionnaire when I dropped of my car. It was still in the car at pickup. There was NO communication with me at all! I had to call to find out when finish time was. The repair man should have been honest when he lost my part. I would have been much more understanding on the delay! However in the end y’all took great care for my delay. My retyback to Florida was better than expected leaving late. Thank you again and we will return should we need vehicles repaired
