Delay the delivery day from 12/23 to 12/29 and not satisfied the paint job.

Good fix. Car was washed and wax (even the alloys like those handwash/wax car wash). Interior was also cleaned; cool. Nothing is out of place ( so far xD). Customer service seems fine, in my opinion. I dont expect much unless they were disrespectful/ whatnots. Updates on your car are sent via text msg. Although i hope they would update frequently b/c my car was done but there wasnt a text saying it was. I had to call them to make sure. I would guess the text saying 'they would call if there were delays occur' meant that you can come at the target date/ time (sent the day before) but a clarification would be good. Star ratings are overrated/ misrepresent so I wouldnt give one but if I want have my car fix I would come back since the dealer did a less than statisfactory job on my rearend damage and its location is more convenient.

The job was well done and the service was great the only thing I would change is the cost.

I appreciate that your team took extra care of my car by buffin and waxing the entire car, and even taking the oxidation off of the headlights.
