I was told initially that I would be contacted to schedule my repair. I waited for over a week and a half and decided to call. an appointmend was made for Dec 4th. I was told they would have a rental car there for me. That morning when I showed up and gave them my name, after a few moments of her searching on the computer I was told by her was, "our normal routine is you have to bring your car in for an estimate first" My response to her was "you did my estimate 3 weeks ago and scheduled me for repairs this morning. and you would have a car ready for me". At that point she got on the phone and started calling for a rental car, but was not having any luck. Nobody had any. Fortunately another gentleman interviened at that point and was able to find my reservation and everything was resolved. So, my first 15 minutes of my experience was anything but satisfactory. That being said, everything else went and was perfect. Especially the service. An unfortunate begining was soon forgotten. My car was repaired very quickly and everything was back to normal. ......An ALMOST Completely satisfied customer.

Your team in hickory nc gave me the best experience I could ask for, I got hit so was stressed but they took over and handled everything reducing any stress and the job they did on my car was amazing! Also they kept me updated about everything down to when my rental needed to be returned and they also took care of that. I’ll only use those guys for any repairs in the future and would like to thank them for all their work and caring!

Stephanie and Glenn were sooooo pleasant and professional throughout the entire process. They went out of their way to keep both my mother Kathleen and me informed. In addition, because of delays due to out of stock part(s), two of your team members (Chuck and unfortunately I did not get the other young man’s name) delivered the car. They were very nice and accommodating, insisting it was no trouble and taking time to review highlights of the car repairs. All four of these individuals took great care to assure us that all work was guaranteed and that should we have any questions or problems to advise them and they would take care of it. I have not lived in the area full time since I graduated from Hickory High in 1974, so it is especially Important to me that any services my mom needs are handled in a kind, professional and honest manner. Great looking repair. On time. Good communications. Matt was excellent to deal with.

We were told it would be ready in ****-2 days. When I called on the 3rd day (Friday) to check the status I was told early the next week. We called back on Tuesday and was told the wrong part came and we would still have to wait. -We were the ones to initialize contact each time to check on status. -We were not told the wrong part came in to delay our repair.
