Second off I had 3 repairs need on my vehicle and not only did they fix them but looked at my vehicle as a whole and polished and touched up where they could, the out come was amazing I felt as if I bought a new vehicle. Understand many of the delays were related to the parts but needed those problems resolved faster.
Did appreciate that Eric wanted to get the car done right and not just done. That made a tremendous difference to my satisfaction. Car was over 2 weeks late from first estate. Would have liked to have seen something off the deductible - $100 would have made a positive feeling.

Car Star went above and beyond when it came to getting my car repaired. The work is perfect and they even completed it ahead of schedule. I really love this shop because it feels family-owner.
