I was satisfied with the look of the car door. The customer service was great when I dropped it off.When I picked it up I was told that my battery was low and I better not turn it off because it might not start again. It was fine when I dropped it off. I went and bought a new battery and had it installed the next day. Also, the car was a bit dustier than when I dropped it off. No clean up at all after it was sitting around for weeks. I guess I expected it might be dusted off a little. The look of the car is fine. Thank you for your service.

It took 30 days to complete 1200 in work. No one would respond and Bob Davidson did not order the parts for three weeks. Terrible service !!!!!!!!

The service was well coordinated and my car fixed in a reasonable amount of time. The drop-off was especially smooth -- the Bob Davidson's rep was helpful and the Enterprise associate, Alli, was excellent and made the entire experience enjoyable.

Car was not cleaned off , in and out . I had to have a professional wash . There were greasy hand print on driver chair and dash board

Communication was terrible. Multiple messages were unanswered and promises of return calls unfulfilled. Repair took longer than it should have because the wrong parts were ordered. And fresh coats of clear coat shouldn't have burrs in them. I used BD because it was the first open appointment available. In the future, BD will be my last choice.

The only problem was all the texts that kept updating completion time and then constantly changing the date. The vehicle itself looks great.

Very convenient to have GEICO, Enterprise rental and car repair located in the same place. My whole drop off process took no longer than 10 minutes. Communication during the time I was without my car was outstanding, letting me know the progress every step of the way. And the repair was completely very quickly!
