I waited 2 ****/2 months to get my car in which was fine. Then I was scheduled to bring it in on Monday and was called and ask if I could push it to Friday as they were short staffed and didn’t want it just siting around, ok fine no problem. So I take it in on Friday told it could take two weeks ok. I drive by the shop every day and I could clearly see that my car wasn’t moved until the following Thursday so much for didn’t want it sitting around. Then the two weeks turned into 3 ****/2 weeks before I got it back and during this time I had also called and ask if while they had if it could be inspected, this was around the two week mark, and it was never inspected. I full understand that with body work things can take longer and this is a busy shop it just really bothers me that it was obvious that my car waited a week before it was even looked at and this is my daily driver like most car getting fixed and I feel if you know someone isn’t looking at it until a certain then tell them to bring in that day. I would rather had them push it again then have it sitting there when I could be driving it.

Just an amazing group of people and their service is astronomical. They worked around our schedule to insure our vehicle was repaired fast and returned to us in like new condition. The staff was beyond friendly and made our experience painless and easy. I would recommend them above any other place I have been and could never put into words how wonderful we feel having had the chance to meet the wonderful ladies and gentlemen that made this accident a distant memory. We were struck by another vehicle and being a family of five could not afford to be without our vehicle long. When Allstate would not cover a rental up front Ron’s had our vehicle done faster then a Speeding bullet so we would not be without transportation. Thank you to all of you for making this a pleasure to handle. This is the type of staff and service that shows a truly dedicated and caring business, especially in today’s challenging environment. We wish all of you are truest graduate in every way.

Per your earlier email, it noted that I would be getting regular status reports. I don't agree with that and called a few times. I realize that the pandemic has created a ripple affect on parts availability and enough people willing to work. I believe the grill is a newer one and the gap between the hood and grill is different but looks tight. I apologize for the tardy response in completing this survey. My car looks great, and I'm glad to have it back.
