The work done on my car was excellent, and I am very happy with it. The work was completed much faster than anticipated, which is also very appreciated, since I was paying out of pocket for the rental. The only complaint I have is that all but one of the presets on my radio were changed, which I find both surprising and annoying.

****. Car was not delivered when promised. 2. We have had to order a part that was brought to your attention when car was dropped off and will then have to submit receipt for reimbursement. This trailer cap was located online while we waited for additional repairs to be made on pick up today.

Overall very good. Only comment is that we asked if tubwoiks clean the inside of the car while in shop (minivan, 2 kids, little time to clean for us). Only ting is that they did not clean it.

Terrible service! My car was rescheduled three times, it was expected to be done in 10 days, and it took 15 days. I lost 3 doctor appointments and struggled to rearrange transportation arrangements at the last minute. They clearly don't care about inconveniencing their customers. Not even a courtesy call from the shop manager, just a plain text message.

I requested a call and estimate on a couple smaller items to possibly be done while my car was there and never received a call back. Also although I did sign the authorization, the part about not accepting cash/personal checks eluded me and I was paying cash. Therefore I had to leave the shop to deposit the cash so I could use my debit card. I suggest a sign in reception area advising no cash or personal checks accept to avoid this in future. According to receptionist it is an ongoing issue. Not necessary for a rep to contact me, as I discussed this with the shop already.
