The replacement of my damaged rear truck bumper was installed and performed within the time promised. The job looked good. They tried to spend the remaining time troubleshooting why the four backup sensors reinstalled on the new replacement rear bumper had gone bad a month ago. But, they ran out of time, since I needed the truck back ASAP to run errands. They were efficient in the paper work and I didn't have to wait at all. I'll have to get the Ford dealer to fix the truck's RSS rear bumper sensor system. Rich y

The staff at CarStar Hi-Tech have been wonderful to work with. They went out of their way to keep us informed of the progress. There were many delays and deadline extensions, however we were always informed and they went so far as to help us on the rental we had through Enterprise. Very professional and nice staff. We received the car yesterday and will be looking it over the next couple days, but all in all, the service has been awesome. Thank you so much for getting us (my wife) her car back, I love seeing her happy.
