Among the list of necessities customers have when shopping for their next vehicle, most wouldn't think that the infotainment would be high on the list. Still, with the advancements that have been made over the last several years, it could prove to be a make-or-break feature. For the last several years the Nissan Titan's various models had gone mostly unchanged. The 2019 model will change all of this, as they have updated the entirety of the infotainment and sound systems.
The previous 5" touchscreen has been updated with a feature-packed 7" one. Apple CarPlay and Android Auto have become standard as well. They have also added USB ports and a massive upgrade to the stereo.
They now offer a Fender audio system with a 485 watt, 9 channel amp. It comes with 12 speakers on most available models, except the King Cab that has 10. This may seem like overkill, but for a Fender sound system this sounds about right.
Other upgrades include colors added to the available palette, a turbocharged engine, and an updated interior.
With all of these, Nissan will surely be a competitive force in the 2019 lineup.
