The only concern I have is when I went to leave, your technician closed the garage door when my car was still there. It closed on the top of the rear of my car. My suggestion is that you get sensors so if they do accidentally close the door, the sensors stop it if something is in its path.

The text messages were misleading and not accurate. I understand they are auto generated and the local Car Craft is unable to edit or opt out. I showed up to pick up my car and was told it wasn't finished which was directly contradictory to the text messages. These need to be eliminated or made accurate. Thank you.

The repair took a ridiculously long time to complete. First they sent a wrong head light and had to reorder. Then instead of doing the front steering repair they stopped work and waited for the headlight. When they got the headlight they started on the front suspension and steering work and realized they needed more parts. Repair took 3x longer than estimated.
We had to call for updates when promised calls weren’t received.
I would not recommend your facility nor would I use you again.
