Nicole was amazing. She kept us informed on the progress of our repair and was very helpful and accommodating. The paint color was too dark the first time we went to pick up our vehicle. Nicole immediately took it back to the painters and we got our vehicle back in a timely manner a few days later. The repair looks great. The only complaint is that the wheel wells of our vehicle were all muddy when the car was returned to us the second time. It was spotless the first time we went to pick it up. We would definitely recommend Severn Auto Body to others.
