The paint matched the rest of the car. All scuffs were gone.car was dirty due to rain when I brought it in. When I got it back the whole car was nice and clean. The employees were all very nice and polite. Our adjuster Bekah Bateman was very nice.car looked great when finished. Thinking about coming back to get some other scuff marks taken care of. Thanks for a job well done.

I dropped my 2014 Ford Fusion off on Thursday, Feb 22nd for repairs after I hit a curb with my front passenger side wheel and undercarriage during a snow storm. Repairs were completed on Thursday, March 1st, and I picked the vehicle up that afternoon. While driving the car home, I noticed that the steering wheel is pulling slightly to the left at times, especially when braking at higher speeds, and pulls slightly to the right on hard acceleration, which is something that was definitely not happening before I had the repairs done. I know that a front end alignment was listed as one of the repairs completed, but I’m not even sure if this is the cause of the issue or not. Is this something that can be addressed while I wait or do I have to leave the car overnight? Other than that, I am pleased with the repairs overall, and the timely manner in which they were done. Thanks.

Because I had to leave my car for another day due to the passenger side bumper wasn't even with the passenger side quarter panel. Plus, there were scratches on the front & driver's side bumper. So I had to pay another day of car insurance with Enterprise. Then when you explain certain things with the claim adjuster there was a problem with her. Like I told her all my lights were working before the accident & there is noise within driver's side wheel or suspension. She tells that my light probably blew out. It seems to me it was a problem, then the next day the claim adjuster calls me to tell me my housing bracket for my driver's is broken & they will have to replace the whole fixture.
