Customer service was exceptional. Gary was very helpful and went out of his way to answer my questions. The paint match is great. Fit and finish of the repair, however, is sub par. Masking of painted surface to black plastic trim seems as if it was an after thought, and left side of rear bumper does not feel secure. Bumper applique that's was subed out was trimmed on the bumper which left scoring on the bumper and past vinyl applique borders.
