I really appreciate your making a rather troubling experience as painless and worry-free as possible. From the beginning, Mark adjusted the front left fender so that I was able to get the driver's-side door open. Once Liberty Mutual indicated they would accept liability, you provided a couple of possible dates for repair, your estimate of days for repair were "right on," and you provided daily updates, usually with a phone call. Your coordination with Enterprise for a rental car was seamless, and resulted in no inconvenience to me. I'm happy with your service and results, and I will definitely recommend Bucky's to anyone needing auto body repairs. Thank you all for a job well done.

This was such a painless experience. Mark was awesome to work with, professional, kinda, and really helped work around my work schedule with picking up my SUV when it was finished. Even with it being the holidays, I felt the whole process went quickly. When I picked up my SUV, it was like brand new. They even cleaned the inside. My car was spotless! Just awesome over all!
