I left my car with you for a week to replace my front bumper and then I drive off only to find my passenger side view mirror busted!!! Still waiting to hear from someone from sudbay about rectifying and fixing my side view mirror which was DEFINITELY NOT busted when I left MY CAR in your hands!

My Terrain needed extensive repair following an accident. I am extremely satisfied with the work done, the respectful way I was treated, and the careful explanation of needs and process - prior to work happening and during the extended time that followed. Although lengthy repair time following an accident is certainly a frustration, the process was manageable given the level of care and attention I have come to expect from Sudbay GMC.

I just got my car back so it's a little early to evaluate the quality of the repair. But I have to say the customer service is second to none. Enterprise rental, coordinated by your office, did not provide a well cared for car realize not your fault and I am dealing directly with Enterprise about it but I feel you should be aware of a glitch in what should be a seamless process
