Although the repair completion was delayed a couple of times, i was informed all along the way. Everyone I dealt with was professional and courteous and the vehicle looks great. I'm very glad I trusted Metro with my truck.

On the exact opposite side of the car from where the damage was done this is the passenger side back quarter panel there is a mark on my car that was not there before. It almost looks as if someone started to send and then realize they were working on the wrong side of the car I do need someone to look at this and repair it again it was not there before I dropped it off. I did not notice this at the time of pick up because were experiencing torrential rain

Carey was wonderful to deal with, great guy. He made a great experience for us. We cant tell that we had a fender bender. We also got the car 2 days prior than promised. Excellent service in our opinion.

Not only was the expected body work very well done, but a few problem spots were "touched up" as well. The car now looks better than it has in years, even before the accident that brought me to Metro for repair. Many thanks to the staff and to Cary Peek, who managed the repair and kept me apprised of its progress.
