Took too much time to complete the job from what I was initially told ("About 5 days" turned into 14 days). Then when I received a text saying it would be ready on Wednesday and if there was a delay I'd be notified but when I called on Wednesday no one answered the phone and when I called on Thursday I was told it would be ready on Friday (they should have notified me it wouldn't be ready on Wednesday like they said they would) and when I called on Friday they said I had to get there by 4:30, it was already late afternoon and I had a rental car to return so that time was not realistic for me so I actually ended up spending mire money on rental car than anticipated and was without my car for longer than what I was originally told. The work was good but I don't think my car should have been in the shop that long. Not sure they started working on it the day they got it.

The best customer service anywhere. It felt like Botta’s truly cared about getting the best possible outcome for my car. Botta’s goes above and beyond. I would recommend them over any body shop in the Bay Area. They work seamlessly with AAA.

This was my 2nd time going to Botta's for repair. Mike was very patient and responsive with me even though I felt like I was bombarding him with all the phone calls & questions. He guided me through every steps of the way and my car was ready at the promised time.

Brought the car in on Wednesday. I was told they thought it would not be as expensive as originally quoted if I didn’t mind it looking 90% instead of 100%. I agreed assuming I could always have the work redone. I picked the car up on Friday as promised and was pleased that the repair looked better than 90%. Good work and nice not to be upsold on repair.
