Stop sending so many **** emails. I got my car back. You got paid. The transaction is over. Will we use you again? Likely if we have any more insurance related repairs we will choose you again. So stop already
I was initially told my car would be in for repairs for 17 days. That turned I to well over 30 days. I was contacted about 4 times to push back my completion date back. The first time they called me. The second time it was when I called in to see if my car was ready on the day I was told. The third and fourth times I just received a text.
You provide me with a car till my car is ready, & you have done an excellent job in fixing my car. Thank YOU very much.
You guys were GREAT. My Jeep looks so beautiful. The only thing I was disappointed about was I brought imy Jeep to you with a full tank of gas and I had to make sure I brought back the loaner car with a full tank. But my Jeep was down almost a fourth of a tank of gas.

One thing you might want to consider changing though is your text updates- we received one that said our car was on track to be completed AFTER we picked up the car, and a confirmation that we had picked up our car that day, when we had, in fact, picked it up three days earlier. When that happens, the customer knows it’s not a true update.
You kept my car too long. I planned a trip for Friday afternoon but didnt get the car till 4 pm which was tooo late. I had car in at 8 am Monday so 5 full working days is too long. The work done on the car is very good and thanks for cleaning it.
