The process font the beginning to the end was professional and informative. I was kept abreast of the entire process via text message so I knew when I would be getting my car back. The representatives that I dealt with were nice to enter act with also from the Geico rep to Tonya (in processing) to Frank himself. Overall, NICE experience.
