Thank you for your customer service. For a collision center, this was the best experience I have encountered.
when I picked up my truck the buffing work was poor, there was damage to the bed cap, broken glass in the bed and buffing material splattered into the interior. The next day I noticed that there was a disconnected hose hanging almost to the ground under the bed, yet I was given the truck as "finished"...I do better, more complete work than that at my home yet you were paid $9,700.00 for it.

Everybody was fantastic from the front desk girl to Andrew my repair coordinator. From the get Andrew gave me great expectations on what to expect and even drove me to the nearest enterprise so I would not have to wait with my son for ****-2 hours. Andrew also kept me up to date every ****-2 days with job reports and their progress. Extremely satisfied with their customer service and workmenship. As long as their are no issues moving forward I can’t see why I would not give 5 Stars or even use them in the future for maintenance.
Andrew did such an amazing job helping get everything done. He was extremely on top of communication. I can’t stress enough how pleased I was getting his calls and knowing what was going on throughout the entire process.

Andrew kept me up dated on status of repairs to my vehicle. He made sure I understood what repairs needed to be done and how they would be repaired. Once vehicle was completed he called to let me know my car was ready. He also asked if I was okay physically as well as my passengers from the accident. I feel Andrew went far and above his job expections.
I truly thought the car was beyond repair after a front-end collision left little other than a crumpled mess of sheet metal & plastic (fiberglass?). After some serious discussion with Andrew Clark, a service rep for Tomes Collision Center in McKinney, TX, my confidence in repairing the vehicle was completely restored. Andrew explained in great detail how & why Subaru automobiles are engineered to withstand accidents while keeping the driver & passengers safe.
Once Andrew undertook the responsibility to repair the vehicle a few things happened that were somewhat unexpected: I received a text message every day that kept me up-to-date on the progress of the repair; I was given a webpage to view whenever I wanted to that reflected all aspects of the repair process from evaluation to parts ordered to work in progress, etc. And to top it off, I received a phone call at least weekly directly from Andrew to discuss the process. I was given an estimated completion date which the collision center beat by 3 days.
Upon completion, when I arrived at the body shop, I saw my car looking nearly brand new. I was amazed at how well everything came together. The car is tight, and the body panel tolerances appear to be as good if not better than they were from the factory. I simply cannot state strongly enough about how satisfied I am with the outcome.
Andrew Clark and Tomes Collision Center have my highest recommendation.
I would not go anywhere else for repairs.
